Jessica’s background in health science drew her to the neuroscience aspect of today’s therapeutic practices. The neuroplasticity of the brain is woven into every modality Jessica uses with her clients: attachment-focused; cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); interpersonal process; motivational interviewing (MI); and play therapy.

Jessica’s counseling experience with women and children is in private practice and intensive outpatient settings.  She is also a state licensure supervisor with current openings.

Lastly, Jessica is an author with a link to her first book on our products page. Her second book, focusing on friendship, will be released in mid-2026.
